At the age of 8 Christine remembers remember thinking that the "now" was very important. That each moment was a tiny universe and would never happen again. Throughout her life she has been searching and has always felt most comfortable when asking the big questions of life while fully immersed in the small moments of existence. Yoga is a practice that allows her to live life as a quest, a magical journey and the gift of sharing that with others is Christine's eternal good fortune.
Pia is originally from The Bronx, New York. She was introduced to yoga over 15 years ago and was drawn to the safe space it allowed her to create. She has practiced many forms of yoga. With over a decade of yoga practice Noelle Beaugureau views yoga as a journey of understanding the connection to the true self within. Antonia received her yoga works teacher training certification in May of 2011. Additionally she has extensive training through diverse yoga training styles and workshops, from Vinyasa flow, Iyengar, Pranayama, Ashtanga, YogaWorks technique to Acro yoga.
Mark found the light of yoga in 1998 after 10 years of working a desk job and dealing with chronic back problems and repetitive stress arm injuries. Amazed by it's restorative capabilities, he continued to deepen his practice, receiving certification through The Center for Yoga in Los Angeles in 2003 and a national registration through Yoga Alliance.
Will has provided traditional teachings and practices of yogic philosophy in a clear, concise and humorous manner to thousands of students from beginner practitioners all the way to advanced teachers and everyone in between for over 10 years. Growing up in Vermont steeped in a native spiritual culture, WIll learned at a young age to listen to the land, meditate with the mountain and breathe with the wind.
Feri Ebrahimi has been an avid yogini for the last 10 years. In July 2012, Feri started Yoga Teacher Training at Liberation Yoga. She spent 7 weeks in teacher training during which time she learned about the larger scope and significance of yoga...not just as a physical exercise...but as a way of life. The more she learned about the philosophy of yoga, the more she understood why she had always felt such a deep connection to this field. Born and raised in Western Montana, Megan’s father hoped she would take to working on the family organic dairy farm, but Megan spent the majority of her childhood putting on ballet recitals in her beloved pink sequined tutu.
Ellen teaches Sexological Bodywork, Scar Tissue Remediation, Anatomy & Physiology, Pain & Orthopedic Evaluation, and Craniosacral Therapy worldwide. She also loves teaching workshops about nutrition, human energetic and sexual empowerment, and self-help approaches to healing. She has taught Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers for the Forrest Yoga Foundation Level Teacher Training since the year 2000.
I discovered yoga in 1995 when I walked by Integral Yoga, which was located just a couple blocks from my apartment in Greenwich Village, and decided to try a class. I fell in love immediately - the chanting, the incense, the breathing. It was a respite from the asphalt jungle and my high-stress job as a book publicist. It also began to alleviate the low-back pain that I had since adolescence.
YTRx, RYT 500. After feeling like her life was derailed by a cancer diagnosis, she immersed herself in the gift of yoga therapy. This practice enabled her to take back control of her life by being an active participant in her own healing process. She developed a new and better relationship with her body and mind.
Sarah Rachel Isenberg
Sarah teaches a vinyasa flow style class. Sarah has been a yoga practitioner for over sixteen years and is a second generation yoga instructor. She first began studying yoga underneath the strong teachings of her mother Esther, a TriYoga Instructor. Like any mother’s daughter, she then set out to find her own path.
Ellina is an LA native, born and raised, that loves to practice yoga. A Typical Southern Californian. But before being introduced to the fabulous world of yoga, her life was as a Hip-Hop dancer.
Rebecca Klingler began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1997. As an actress, vocalist, and dancer, she began to notice that not only did her voice become stronger through her yoga practice, but her carriage became more graceful, her focus sharper, and her nerves more calm. In 2006 Rebecca became certified to teach children and adults through Yoga Angels, an Iyengar-based teachersʼ training, and later apprenticed with Pagan at Liberation.

Bianca is originally from England and first explored meditation yoga at the age of 16. Yoga became a way in to the way out of many emotional battles with her biological mother. She began exploring Asana yoga when she was 18, introduced by an amazing movement teacher she was lucky to have crossed paths with.
Yvonne Papanek is a Hatha Yoga instructor with a background in Dance and Art. She has performed and led numerous workshops in the US, Europe, Japan, Mexico, Bali and Belize. Yvonne, began teaching in 1996, was twice in the residency program at Sri Swami Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia.
Taj’s classes give students a feeling of power, ease and grace. Both lyrical and strong, her teaching is rooted in her Kripalu and Primal Core training. She specializes in helping people at all levels use their body as a tool to get present and know their greatness.
Chicago native and now Los Angeles-based Emilie Perz has been making her mark on the city’s yoga scene for nearly a decade. Kathleen Ross-Allee is the co-founder and co-creator (with Alison Crowley) of The Yoga Prescription TM and of the yoga therapy programs at Cedars-Sinai’s Tower Hematology Oncology Medical Group and The Center for Radiation Therapy of Beverly Hills.
Sasha’s yoga journey began in Toronto, Canada, with a weekly Hatha class at a local community center. Though health and fitness were always a huge priority in her life, her practice allowed her to access her body and quiet her mind in a way she had not yet realized. After moving to Los Angeles, she became an avid practitioner at Center for Yoga, where she completed her Yoga Works teacher training in 2008,
Lynn has been teaching Hatha yoga for over a decade and has been a serious student for over 20 years. Although she first experienced yoga at the tender age of 12, she really began her in depth studies after moving to Los Angeles and becoming a television executive.
Brittany Wilkerson (RYT 500), discovered yoga for the first time at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in New York City. The practice of yoga provided healing on all levels and she was most astounded by it's power to calm and steady the mind. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2006, she stumbled upon a magical little studio called Liberation Yoga, where she completed the 200-hour Yoga teacher training with Christine Burke, Will Duprey, and Steven Espinosa in 2009.
