Cassie Cherney

Cassie began practicing yoga 10 years ago looking for a physical challenge until she lifted her heart toward the sky in revolved warrior and realized there was so much more to it. She believes in making yoga accessible to everyone and uses her sassy southern humor to do just that. Her classes incorporate elements of Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, and Restorative. Each class begins with an intention that can be carried beyond the mat and progresses through a self-challenging series of postures that focus on alignment, breath, and self-expression.
