Karin Hoffman, YTRx, RYT 500
After feeling like her life was derailed by a cancer diagnosis, she immersed herself in the gift of Yoga Therapy. This practice enabled her to take back control of her life by being an active participant in her own healing process. She developed a new and better relationship with her body and mind. She receives life with more vigor and balance than ever before. She is excited by the benefits she has found, which led her to become a Yoga Therapist. She is delighted and honored to share the many gifts she has received with her students.
Her personal understanding of health challenges allows her to teach from a place of compassion. She loves to encourage students of all levels in a supportive, safe practice. Her classes are geared for relaxing, learning to release tension and exploring the body to investigate its potential through movement.
