Mindy is deeply devoted to spreading and living a life full of joy, love, and compassion, all of which she has learned on her journey through yogic practices. Her naturally inquisitive and free-spirited nature is what lead her into the world of yoga and holistic living at the age of 19. Ever since, she has been immersed in loving community and seva, selfless service, two things in which she believes are major influences on her knowledge and experience of yoga. She is dedicated to living vibrantly, which shines through in her yoga teaching and you can almost always catch her brightening the day in colorful attire. She's trained in ashtanga vinyasa and has an ongoing study in iyengar, bhakti yoga, tantric meditations, energy work, and mantra / kirtan practices.
With the intention of helping people feel GOOD, you can expect a very peaceful, grounding and alignment based class with Mindy, sprinkled with a little strength and flexibility, but always filled with loving support. She really believes in the power of shifting and transforming your biggest and wildest dreams into reality through sadhana and living from the heart. The devotion to the love and to spirit is ultimately what guides her and her passion for sharing these practices.
