for bonding with family while sharing the health and well being that yoga brings. Ages 4 to infinity!

Todder Yoga: Toddler Yoga is the opportunity to introduce a healthy and fun activity that you can start together and can last a lifetime. Our children's classes are always age appropriate for growing bodies, blossoming minds and gentle hearts. For children ages 2 and 3, it can be a wonderful bonding experience to try yoga with you, the parents. The focus of these sessions will be much more on the child, and your participation to encourage them to learn and grow, as opposed to some Mommy and me classes which focus more on the workout and the optional participation of the child. Imaginative story-telling, song and games will be used to encourage children to learn in a fun environment.
