ECSTATIC BREATHWORK With Scott Schwenk
Third Sunday of The Month 4:30pm-6;30pm - $40

These workshops use an ancient form of rhythmic breathwork (pranayama) to open you to the place of Clear Awareness, a place where blocks can be healed, purpose revealed, self-love awakened, and freedom deeply tasted.

The Focus for the Year with each workshop will be: Deepening Self-Love and Freedom

Session 1: Sunday, February 28th - Clearing the Clutter ~ Where's the clutter in your life? What are the distractions that take energy away from your intentions, your Purpose? Using the power of breath and Awareness we'll work deeply into clearing any clutter or pulls on your life-force to free up more of your energy for what matters most to you.

Yoga Play Date With Christine and Clementine

For all of you have been calling and asking and hoping - here it is! A "Mommy or Daddy and Me" yoga class again. Only with a twist. We will do a little yoga, share a yoga related child rearing topic each week and let wee ones have a play date for social interaction with their own kind - or at least relative size! it will be an experiment in enjoying the company of other parents while the the little guys share each other and we will hopefully get in some breath and body as well.

The class will be a program that is 8 weeks long and requires pre-registration to insure your spot. It will be 10 classes for $108 or drop ins for $15 a class pre- registered as well. There will be 15 spots available. regular yoga series do not apply to the Yoga Play Date class.

The final class will be a party! Ages newborn to 2 years are welcome. We need 10 sign ups to start the class so if you are on board call right away and reserve your spot. Clemmy and I can't wait!

Chakra Restorative

This Month's Theme: The Heart Chakra Healing with the Green Ray
Open your heart center to new balance. THIS is the chakra for healing relationship issues, finding more time in your daily life, feeling more at ease between giving & receiving and nourishment for your heart muscle, circulatory & respiratory systems. Be sure to come enjoy this healing!

Artists, Singers, Actors--come one come all.....THIS is the chakra to awaken to access your highest creative expression, as well as the ability to communicate your wants, needs and feelings. If you have breathing issues or respiratory challenges, come experience profound healing techniques!

Introductory Course with Christine Burke
Sunday June 6th 2-4pm
$50 - includes 1 week of FREE classes

Come and experience a basics class with attention to alignment and breath. The class includes a brief history of yoga and it's health benefits.

This is the perfect way to wet your feet whether you are a brand new beginner or just coming back after a "yoga break"!
