We will meet each week from the comfort of your own home. All calls are recorded for replay at your convenience. While your presence is encouraged on the calls it is not mandatory.

Join Christine Burke for a journey into releasing negative toxic build up and moving forward with self love and self care. Through the practice of of SVADHYAYA, self study, we will discover a more efficient, satisfying, and less stressful way to live in harmony amidst chaos and fear. As a result, we deepen our joy with less friction in relationships, better sleep, more inspiration, and creative flow, and increased energy. This version of SMHD is curated to infuse your body, mind, and spirit with vitality and peace. Let this bring forth the best in you toward healing wounds, awakening your life force and thriving on a daily basis. Together, we will explore joyful, meaningful daily practices that will help you manage stress, stay focused and open, and be the light in the world that you are meant to be.

You will receive a weekly video of practices for the week along with the recording of each week's session to re-watch or in case you have to miss a week.
